1.无行政区划表述的企业名称；
2.无行政区划表述，无行业表述的企业名称；
3.企业名称核准，企业名称核准；
4. 已注册公司变更去掉区域升级局；

====与同一工商行政管理机关核准或者登记注册的企业名称中字号不相同
